Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging
It is crucial to include disability in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts to create fair, inclusive, and accessible environments where individuals with disabilities can thrive, showcase their talents, and participate fully in all aspects of society. This requires a proactive commitment, advocacy, and continuous improvement to ensure that disability is not overlooked, but instead, embraced as a critical dimension of diversity and inclusion.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Toolkit
This toolkit is designed specifically for human service providers across New York State to help educate leaders on DEIB topics, energize their efforts with strategies and ideas, and empower anyone committed to this work with skills and tools.
